Hi guys, I'm representing The Retreat in Laguna www.theretreatinlaguna.com.

I've just looked through your system after auditing 50 systems in the past week that did either too much or too little, and I've got to say I almost cried at how perfect your system already is after all of my frustration. The only thing it lacks is a way to make web reservations from our site! At least from what I can see.

Also an iPhone app but I'll take what I can get :)

Thanks for the kind words, gmann! And GREAT posts on what you're looking for. We get tons of feature requests via email, but customers haven't used the forums as much as we would like. Thanks for filling some of that out so there's a (public) running thread on it.

PS. Every single thing you asked for is already on the dev roadmap and much anticipated.

Thanks Sam, I could fill up any software dev's inbox all day with these kinds of requests so just keep in mind I'm just doing it to make the software better, not that I expect a feature to be here tomorrow! Though, it would be great if online bookings were here tomorrow =P.

I am a web developer so I understand that this is of course a process.

I want to switch us over to OwnerRez ASAP I've just got to have a way to email market to potential guests - then if they book using that email address take them off of that marketing list and add them to a different list with their check out date as another autoresponder action point. Also offering them a special offer on their birthday would be cool too. I'm not saying this is functionality that OwnerRez should have but I'm looking at possible integrations for hospitality specific email marketing systems.
